Actavesta*baby.com is the online platform for showcasing and selling products by the Greek individual company of Eleonora Arampatzi, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company,’ based in Ilisia, Athens, at 13 A. Chatzi Street, Athens 157-72, Greece. Any use of the Company’s website and any transaction carried out through it presupposes the prior consent of the user to the following terms.

It should be noted that the Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions, provided that the modified terms have been previously posted on its website. Any such modification does not affect orders that were placed before the publication of the new terms.

1. Product Information

The Company provides on its website, as well as in the relevant fields for each product, all necessary information concerning the essential characteristics of the available products, their price, shipping cost, value-added tax, and payment method. The Company reserves the right not to state the specific characteristics of each product if it is an informative entry regarding a product that is not yet available for sale but is expected to be in the future.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Products

For each product sold through the Company’s website that has not undergone customization, the user has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the goods in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the issued receipts, without incurring any expenses, provided that the user can prove that the order was incorrectly executed by the Company. This deadline begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform the Company electronically or by mail of the reasons for returning the product.

In cases where the order is proven to have been incorrectly executed by the Company, i.e., in cases of delivery of a product different from the one ordered in terms of type or quantity, or in cases where, upon delivery, the product is entirely or mostly damaged, or in cases where it is found that the product is defective, the user must either refuse to accept the product from the outset, or request a replacement with the originally ordered product or another product of equivalent value, or request a refund of the amount paid.

3. Purchase Procedure

Every user navigates the Company’s website to search for products of interest and their characteristics. To select products and quantities, users enter the necessary information in the respective fields. Users may purchase more than one product in each transaction. The order is considered complete only when the user receives notification via email that their order has been registered in the company’s system. The Company is not responsible for any errors in the user’s email address if it results from incorrect input by the user. In this case, the order is considered complete, and the user is required to make payment if the company can prove that it sent an email to the email address provided by the user.

Cancellation of the order can be made at any time until the user enters their information on the respective pages. If the process is completed, and the user wishes to cancel it, immediate communication with the Company is required. Depending on the stage of the order, the user will be informed about the cancellation process and any associated fees (e.g., shipping, if already processed).

In cases where the delivery time exceeds 20 days, except for cases of force majeure, this will have been previously subject to special communication by the Company and acceptance by the user.

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the user. In the event of a change of address or a user error regarding the address or other contact details, the user will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

This website constitutes the official online store for the exhibition and sale of the Company’s products. All content of the websites, including images, graphics, photos, designs, texts, services provided, and products, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law, and international conventions.

Any reproduction, analog/digital recording, mechanical reproduction, distribution, transmission, downloading, modification, resale, creation of derivative works, or misleading of the public regarding the actual content provider of individual websites is prohibited.
